Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Amazon General Intelligence (AGI)

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of next-generation ML training infrastructure for cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in distributed systems with emphasis on ML infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust
• Deep understanding of AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX
• Experience with parallel computing platforms, AI hardware accelerators, containerization, orchestration technologies, and cloud computing platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced, cross-cutting challenges in ML infrastructure
• Align technical vision and deliver systems across ML Infrastructure and related organizations
• Guide trade-off decisions and drive awareness of technical impacts on AI research and product development
• Mentor engineers, develop best practices, and advocate for skill development
