Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continual access to innovation for customers.

Requirements

• ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE and/or SE Engineering license
• 10+ years experience in structural design for industrial or commercial projects
• 5+ years with design of Data Center, Mission Critical, Hospital, Schools, Commercial or Residential Tower facilities

Responsibilities

• Design resilient and cost-effective Data Center facilities
• Achieve world-class uptime for customers
• Develop buildings emphasizing security, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide technical guidance, review milestone drawings, solve large-scale implementation issues, and be responsible for structural design requirements
