Job Description

Amazon is looking for an innovative Engineering Manager to drive global initiatives in developing and delivering next-generation fulfillment and transportation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related occupation
• 5+ years experience managing a team of engineers
• Experience in technical management for large-scale engineering projects
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment, packaging lines, or process design

Responsibilities

• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow/transformation and efficiency problems
• Manage and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation network optimization
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to generate cost-effective solutions
• Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects
• Communicate vision and technical solutions to senior executives
