Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+ certification
• 1-3 years of experience in Systems Administration in Linux/Unix
• 1-3 years of experience in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
• 1-3 years of experience in Troubleshooting/Support for technical IT issues
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide operational support for complex system operations
• Operate some of the world's largest and most complex distributed systems
• Identify and resolve operational concerns in a timely manner
• Execute tasks on schedule and simplify solutions to complex problems
