Job Description

Amazon is seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Senior Manager of Innovation & Design Engineering to lead the development of next-generation fulfillment and transportation systems globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Experience in technical management for large-scale engineering projects
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment and process design

Responsibilities

• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency
• Manage and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation network
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to generate optimal solutions
• Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects
• Communicate vision, roadmap, and technical solutions to senior executives
