Job Description

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields with 3+ years of Controls experience; or Associates degree with 5 years of Controls experience; or High School diploma with 8 years of Controls experience
• Experience with industrial controls in critical environments
• Minimum of two (2) years in Controls or Electrical construction project coordination
• Experience designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems
• Proficient with communication protocols like TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS
• Experience in managing change and with project management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for BMS and EPMS related issues
• Train and assist internal customers in the creation, design, configuration, and operation of BMS and EPMS systems
• Provide technical assistance and support during the data center life cycle
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and level of efforts for BMS & EPMS projects
• Manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects
• Assist in procurement activities and review vendor proposals
• Participate in global on-call schedule for BMS and EPMS support
• Attend project meetings, coordinate with leaders, and report status regularly
• Support commissioning activities in data centers
• Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces
• Manage stakeholder deliverables, requirements, and contracts
• Frequently visit in-operation data centers to troubleshoot and supervise vendor work
