Job Description

Amazon's Workforce Solutions team is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to drive engineering advancements in the Talent Acquisition space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and implement specific components
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and SDE team members
• Participate in full development life cycle
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, and process improvement
• Engineer highly scalable, cloud-native applications
