Hardware Test Engineer, MSP Engineering Verification and Validation Testing

Job Description

The Hardware Test Engineer works with automated packaging, sortation, and labeling platforms to enable faster and more efficient delivery to Amazon's customers. The primary role is to provide technical testing support within packaging, sortation, and labeling automation systems.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• 4+ years of working in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics disciplines
• Experience with prototyping and implementation
• Validation and verification hardware testing experience
• Experience working with new technology and product development
• Experience working in testing lab environments as well as at Operational sites in the field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to design and execute packaging machinery and automation projects
• Design and conduct rigorous product testing in labs or at Operational sites
• Provide test result reports to stakeholders
• Design and implement prototype machine improvements using Mechatronic principles
• Support the development of subsystem requirements
