Job Description

IT Engineer role supporting photo studio operations for Shopbop in Madison, WI, combining technical support with project management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of networking experience
• 3+ years of Windows Server technologies experience
• 4+ years of technical support experience
• 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for photo studio staff
• Troubleshoot and maintain photography equipment and related technology
• Lead and implement IT projects focused on improving network reliability and hardware deployments
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify technical bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Monitor and maintain network performance
• Deploy new hardware and lead upgrades for site-wide equipment
