Job Description

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (SDE3) to drive end-to-end development initiatives and provide technical leadership within the team for innovative solutions on AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Leading technical design reviews and contributing to architectural decisions
• Mentoring other engineers while delivering production-ready solutions
• Driving operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Collaborating with partner teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
• Setting examples for code quality, testing practices, and deployment strategies
