Software Engineer- AI/ML, AWS Neuron Distributed Training

Job Description

Annapurna Labs is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on the AWS Neuron software stack for cloud-scale Machine Learning accelerators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to build distributed training support into PyTorch and JAX using XLA, the Neuron compiler, and runtime stacks
• Optimize models to achieve peak performance and maximize efficiency on AWS custom silicon
• Work with chip architects, compiler engineers, and runtime engineers to create, build, and tune distributed training solutions
