Job Description

Requirements

• 1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl experience
• 5+ years practical relevant experience
• Deep understanding of IP network fundamentals and packet capture analysis
• Experience in Wifi or other managed RF networks operations and engineering
• Analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing, and delivering technical solutions to improve wireless network availability
• Partnering with peer teams to find technological solutions using wired networking technologies
• Defining and metering network availability, ensuring customer needs are met
• Automating infrastructure testing, deployment, and operations
• Participating in a global organization providing 24x7 escalation services
