Non-Destructive Testing Engineer, Electrical Services Team

Job Description

The NDT Technician role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) involves supporting critical infrastructure projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the procurement and upkeep of equipment and tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Significant experience in supporting critical infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Apply non-destructive testing techniques to install, maintain, and troubleshoot all data center critical systems
• Act as an ambassador for safety and promote safe working practices
• Interact with various stakeholders on a daily basis
• Execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs
• Provide support for planned and unplanned outages
