Amazon is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the CAPE team to support developer accounts for the Amazon Appstore.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of technical support experience

Responsibilities

• Escalation level debugging and troubleshooting for app developers
• Developing documentation and materials to support developers
• Driving projects to improve the Amazon developer experience
