Job Description

Amazon Photos is looking for a Front End Focused Software Dev Engineer to join the Storytelling team. The role involves building new experiences and features on frontend stacks to provide fulfilling storytelling experiences to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work on a team building new experiences & features for customers
• Develop new features on frontend stacks in React Native, Swift and Kotlin
• Create technical strategies for business problems
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive measurable results
• Launch software for the business and resolve architectural deficiencies
• Contribute to improve engineering, test, and operational excellence best practices
