Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Solar, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network, aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities worldwide. The Kuiper Payload Processing Quality team is focused on developing a scalable aerospace quality system to meet end customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, MSAs, or other APQP artifacts

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Kuiper Quality management activities
• Lead Material Review Board discussions
• Lead the development and launch of Quality Management System
• Dive deep into root cause corrective action activities
• Work directly with Receiving Inspection, Supplier Quality, and Engineering teams
• Be a subject matter expert in launch vehicle payload processing quality assurance
