Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer (ASIC), Project Kuiper

Job Description

Amazon's Project Kuiper is seeking a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer (ASIC) to ensure aerospace quality at scale for their low Earth orbit satellite broadband network.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, materials science and engineering, applied physics or related fields
• 7+ years' experience in ASIC quality, manufacturing, testing or failure analysis
• Knowledge and experience in statistics fundamentals and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Own quality performance of OSAT and foundry suppliers
• Define and scale Kuiper’s quality system for early detection of process excursions
• Create closed-loop mechanisms for quality improvement using OSAT data
• Monitor OQC/IQC criteria across Kuiper’s ASIC supply chain
• Lead resolution of quality events and failure analysis
