Software Development Engineer, Network Provisioning and Automation

Job Description

Amazon Infrastructure Engineering is seeking a Software Development Engineer to work on developing fulfillment center infrastructure for upcoming fulfillment centers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work with Network engineers on the Local Area Network (LAN) team and the Wireless Engineering team
• Collaborate with deployment engineering to create and improve site build and decommission processes
• Create automation to reduce time involved in activities
• Develop core infrastructure components used by Amazonians, IP enabled devices, and robots
