Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Invent, develop, integrate, and migrate technologies to enhance Amazon's HR experience
• Extend and customize Amazon Platforms to meet customer needs
• Identify problems and develop solutions for employees
• Build solutions that empower and benefit Amazon employees
• Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to design innovative solutions
