Job Description

The Amazon Special Programs, Evaluations, Assessments, and Response (SPEAR) Wireless Security team is hiring a Security Engineer (SecEng) to assess wireless risk in Amazon facilities, build security tools, and protect customers and business globally.

Requirements

• Experience with wireless security tools and testing techniques
• Applied knowledge of wireless security issues across various protocols
• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

Responsibilities

• Contribute to wireless security assessments
• Deepen knowledge of RF fundamentals and specific protocols
• Write accurate findings with appropriately calibrated risk
• Contribute to tools for assessing wireless security efficiency
• Conduct ad-hoc penetration testing
• Engage with partner teams and customers to understand security concerns
