Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced software development engineer to lead critical initiatives shaping technical direction and enhancing user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical strategy for major features and services
• Mentor junior engineers and cultivate engineering excellence
• Lead design and implementation of complex distributed systems
• Collaborate with product managers and technical leaders

• Identify and resolve technical risks
