Sr. Electrical Engineer, Data Center Engineering

Job Description

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their global engineering team responsible for the implementation and technical evaluation of designs for their expanding data center footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years experience in industrial or commercial electrical design with 5+ years specific in mission critical experience
• Working knowledge of BIM and Revit

Responsibilities

• Conceiving, initiating, and leading projects with widespread impact on infrastructure design, innovation, and implementation
• Working with internal teams to understand user requirements and challenges
• Collaborating with teams or individuals from other disciplines, cultures, and countries
• Driving standardization in data center electrical designs
• Providing support and mentorship for the whole of the Data Center Engineering community
