Senior Systems Engineer, Robotics Delivery Strategy

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking an interdisciplinary engineer to lead design assurance reviews for next-generation warehouse automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline, Mechanical, Systems, Robotics, Electrical or suitable experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems integration background
• Industrial automation/robotics experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to integrate complex systems
• Identify and drive the implementation of the latest robotics technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Communicate technical roadmaps, design decisions, and project status to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the robotics field advancement
