Job Description

The MOD Senior Engineer position is responsible for driving the MOD business to the next level in a specific geography, overseeing technical projects related to Manufacturing-On-Demand technology, and leading process improvements and capacity expansion projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Research and develop the latest MOD technology
• Drive Factory-Acceptance-Test and Site-Acceptance-Test for new MOD technology
• Lead deployment of new MOD technology in existing sites
• Design site process flows and layouts for new production sites
• Implement capacity expansion projects
• Provide technical expertise for designing and building new MOD facilities
• Drive continuous improvement on existing technology
