Sr. Security Engineer, Delivery & Automation, Payments Security

Job Description

Amazon Payments is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to deliver secure payment solutions and innovate in the field of security to protect customer trust.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years Security Engineering experience or related technical roles
• 5+ years experience with security analysis on cloud services
• 3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or C++
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current cloud services

Responsibilities

• Deliver effectively while reducing road blocks to show effectiveness of security initiatives
• Identify and prioritize security problems that can be detected using automation
• Develop prototypes to prevent security problems at scale
• Work with service and software development teams to address security problems
