Quality and reliability engineer position at Annapurna Labs USA focusing on device packaging quality and reliability qualification for cloud infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, material science and engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of working experience on device packaging quality and reliability
• Deep knowledge and experience in Q&R fundamentals, data analysis, statistics fundamentals, Si device failure modes, VLSI IC design, Fab/assembly manufacturing, RMA, testing, and failure analysis

Responsibilities

• Risk assessment for packaging design and packaging process development
• Device packaging quality and reliability qualification
• Packaging manufacturing quality control and improvement
• Quality and reliability control of packaging build materials
• PCN and quality/reliability document review
• Vendor audit
