Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the technical direction of their self-service performance advertising products, working with cutting-edge technologies and machine-learning pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, code, troubleshoot, and support scalable services, machine-learning pipelines, and online serving systems
• Collaborate with Machine Learning scientists to optimize performance of machine-learning models and infrastructure
• Lead continuous innovation and shape the future of e-commerce
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them to deliver to their full potential
