ADC Engineer I, AI/ML ADC

Job Description

The AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is at the forefront of delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• Experience working with scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Contributing to service builds and operations
• Solving technical problems using skills and technology
• Learning and becoming proficient in AWS AI/ML services
• Contributing to documentation and runbooks
• Identifying and resolving operational concerns
• Diagnosing and resolving issues using core AWS infrastructure
• Communicating with customers and partner teams
• Contributing to team planning and scoping discussions
• Educating new peers on workflows and tools
