Job Description

Join the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) VPC Packet Pipeline team to shape the future of virtualized networking in the world's biggest public cloud. This role is based in San Diego, CA with alternate locations in Seattle, WA, and Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience developing in C or C++

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the right development practices are followed
• Work with the engineering team on day-to-day development activities and architecture decisions
• Maintain technical knowledge, explore new technologies, and support technology changes
• Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe software product features
