Job Description

Join the Redshift Catalog team to work on solving challenging problems at petabyte scale, focusing on the interactions between AWS Redshift query processing engine and catalog for efficient and reliable metadata storage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and development of Redshift catalog
• Debugging hard problems and improving performance and availability
• Mentoring and growing junior engineers
