Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead a team working on data management features for customers at scale, driving innovation and overseeing technical design and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance for the service
• Oversee the implementation of AI/ML applications focusing on Data Quality, Anomaly Detection, Sensitive Data Detection, and LLM interaction
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver and operate large-scale, distributed services in the cloud
• Mentor other engineers, set technical direction and best practices
• Lead team estimation and planning to ensure successful delivery
• Advocate industry best-practices to produce reliable code
• Be a pioneer in agentic revolution as the service reimagines how it will be used in the future
