Sr. Enterprise Account Engineer, US FED

Job Description

Join AWS National Security as an Enterprise Account Engineer to support customers in utilizing AWS services for innovation and transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience in Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, or Applications Development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or 5 years equivalent work experience
• Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing roles
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers for solution planning and implementation
• Maintain operational health of customers' AWS environments
• Travel as needed (10% or more)
