AWS PACS Support Engineer , Configurations Team

Job Description

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) PACS Configurations Support Engineer position requires a US citizen with knowledge and experience in security principles and best practices. The role involves providing technical support, security response, and managing security events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Responsibilities

• Employ security strategies and procedures in accordance with service level agreements, policies, standards, and operating procedures
• Manage communications, security response, and escalations
• Generate and/or manage trouble tickets and provide additional services as required
• Drive security findings, research mitigations, and analyze potential security vulnerability information
• Consult with Amazon security and service teams on security posture issues
