Sr. Enterprise Account Engineer, National Security

Job Description

The Enterprise Account Engineer (EAE) position at AWS National Security is a technical advisory role that involves helping customers across various industries maximize the value and service from AWS services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience in areas such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, DevOps, Big Data, Security, Applications Development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or 5 years of equivalent work experience
• Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing roles
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
• Act as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help customers build solutions using best practices
• Maintain operational health of customers' AWS environments
