Senior Process Innovation Engineer, Amazon Logistics

Job Description

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an innovative engineering leader to drive the development of next-generation, world-class delivery stations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
• 5+ years engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead idea generation for innovative design/process solutions
• Create documentation to share innovative design/process solutions
• Generate structured plans for implementation
• Deliver against plans, providing network reporting and financial approval
• Act as an SME expert in area of ownership
• Build large-scale business proposals based on innovation designs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following through with requests
• Own internal process innovations across the Engineering Org
• Up to 50% regional and WW travel depending on business needs
