ADC Engineer II, AI/ML ADC

Job Description

Join the AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions in air-gapped cloud environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• Experience working with scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Support service builds and operations in ADC partitions and regions
• Solve technical problems, create documentation, and improve processes related to ADC operations
• Diagnose and resolve difficult ADC-specific issues
• Communicate with customers and partner teams, contribute to technical project discussions
• Mentor other ADC Engineers on the team
