Sr. Enterprise Account Engineer, National Security

Job Description

AWS National Security is seeking an Enterprise Account Engineer to provide technical advisory and support to customers across various technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in areas such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, DevOps, Big Data, and Security
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or 5 years of equivalent work experience
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
• Keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy
• Build close relationships with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges
