IT Support Engineer I, OTS

Job Description

OpsTech Solutions is looking for a self-motivated IT Support Engineer I to provide technical solutions and support for computer hardware and software.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking experience such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems availability during production hours
• Providing technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
• Managing local technical projects
• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area and remote customers
• Traveling within the local or regional area to support customers
