SpektrBot is an AI-backed chat assistant for Amazon Ads designed to help business quickly access and analyze advertising data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of machine learning models powering SpektrBot
• Lead experimentation with Generative AI techniques to improve response quality
• Architect and implement scalable, low-latency inference pipelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to translate complex business needs into innovative ML solutions
• Champion rapid iteration and experimentation, contributing to continuous enhancement of SpektrBot
• Mentor junior engineers in applied ML and GenAI best practices
