Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience operating in a Unix, Linux, or Red Hat environment
• 1+ years of experience with standard Internet protocols and networking fundamentals
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor systems health and status
• Provision devices, assist with data ingestion, and device cleaning
• Troubleshoot device, network, and configuration related issues
• Identify, document, and communicate engineering and operations recommendations
• Write after action reports and provide on-call support when necessary
