IT Support Engineer I, OTS

Job Description

Amazon is seeking self-motivated individuals for the role of IT Support Engineer I to provide technical solutions and support for computer hardware and software across various sites.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery
• 2+ years of networking experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting
• Data cabling and systems administration
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
• Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance
• Managing local technical projects
• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area
• Traveling within the local or regional area to support customers
