Job Description

Support the efforts of the Intelligence Community's mission by providing software services with high availability, scalability, and security requirements. Join Amazon's ISO group to engineer the next generation of compute and storage platforms for customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+ certification
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Responsibilities

• Support software services before they go live in Amazon Dedicated Clouds through testing and integration
• Maintain software services post-launch by measuring and monitoring availability and overall health
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms and automation
• Actively involved in hiring and building the AWS team
• Effective communication with internal customers and coordination between teams
• Periodically support a 24/7 on-call rotation
