IT Support Engineer, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Kuiper IT Services is looking to hire a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure support experience
• 3+ years of networking fundamentals
• 3+ years of working with Clients and Servers

Responsibilities

• Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues
• Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot workstations and servers
• Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure
• Participate in hiring, training and development of others
• Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure
• Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
• Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
• Drive engineering best practices and set standards
• Participate in on-call responsibilities
