Operations Engineer, Operations Integration Engineering

Job Description

Amazon is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Operations Integration Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the next generation of delivery station processes, equipment, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency
• Participate in the full system development life-cycle, working within broadly defined parameters
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners
• Lead initiatives and complex cross-functional projects or programs in ambiguous and complex problem spaces
