ADC Engineer , AWS Kumo Analytics

Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work with AWS Support team to implement innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies and tackle complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and operate complex system operations
• Provide operational support and innovate to automate tasks
• Investigate root causes of customer issues
• Implement solutions to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction
