Job Description

The AWS Kumo team is looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about data and insights, with a focus on improving data architecture and analytics for AWS Support business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve data architecture, quality, monitoring, and availability
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement advanced analytics algorithms
• Partner with Business Analysts to build and verify hypotheses for business improvement
• Continually improve reporting and analysis processes for customer support
• Stay up to date with advances in big data technologies and design scalable data architecture
