Sr. Software Engineer, EC2 VPC

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the development of a new EC2 Service critical to scale our current and next-generation Machine Learning (ML) and HPC Platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new EC2 Service critical to scale Machine Learning and HPC Platforms
• Be a technical leader for a team that owns the software-defined networking dataplane stack for EC2 networking
