Senior Software Engineer, Amazon Autos

Job Description

Design and implement technology for a new Amazon business focusing on automotive experiences and sales on Amazon.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack solutions for innovative automotive experiences
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to solve challenges
• Develop solutions for novel customer experiences using innovative UX strategies and AWS services
• Integrate and optimize existing ad products to take advantage of Amazon's scale
• Mentor software development engineers and maintain high quality engineering practices
