PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer, Kuiper

Job Description

As a PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer at Amazon's Project Kuiper, you will be part of a team developing industry-changing satellite technology to provide broadband connectivity to communities worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience deploying, using, and training others on the use of complex test systems
• Experience with Linux/scripting

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites
• Perform PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis
• Work with R&D and Test Development teams to continuously improve test systems
• Analyze data to identify failure trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop procedures and documentation for test operators
• Train operators on test processes and support certification programs
• Provide feedback to Test Development team on test coverage and recommendations
• Run small teams to accomplish objectives
