Field Quality Engineer, Scaled Quality

Job Description

Field Quality Engineer role on the Scaled Quality Team at Amazon involving working with advanced robotics systems within Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) to maximize quality and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with prototyping and implementation

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, gathering critical data from the field
• Work with development teams to determine root cause and prioritize resolution
• Support Alpha/Beta testing of new products and features
• Collect and analyze device data using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight
